IT Business Relationship Manager | Trinity University | April 2024 – Present
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with IT service owners, project sponsors, faculty, students, and staff. Track client satisfaction and develop applicable improvements. Proactively sense and anticipate changes affecting strategy in the environmental landscape, including organizational improvements, technological advancements, and evolving organizational needs. Ensure effective and open communication from service delivery to project delivery and serve as a bridge between IT and the business.
- Responsible for ownership of the Trinity ITS service catalog and using knowledge of the ITS service offerings to leverage existing IT solutions. Innovates using knowledge and awareness of internal service offerings/capabilities and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Breaks down silos and serves as the connector both inside and outside the organization. Works collaboratively with clients to define and prioritize technology initiatives to assist clients in achieving business goals. Defines and reports key service metrics; and acts as an escalation point for major issues with aspects of service delivery.
- Provides input to the Senior Director to assist with planning and roadmaps that map to business strategies by understanding the client’s needs. Assists clients in developing proposals and advances proposals through the project intake and assessment process. Resolves issues and challenges such as differing agendas, awareness of bureaucratic implications, and resistance to change.
- Leads organizes ITS campus events and collaborates with Trinity faculty, students, and staff to design training materials for ITS Products and Services.
- Supervises student employees in designing marketing swag, signage, graphics and related materials and promotes ITS services throughout the university.
- Designs and implements organization-wide change management strategies, facilitating stakeholder engagement and developing communication plans to ensure smooth technology transitions.

VOLUNTEER
Trailhead Advisor at Government Canyon State Natural Area: A Trailhead Advisor is a trained volunteer stationed at trailheads to share important safety, navigation, and interpretive information with visitors before they begin their hike. Familiar with both hiking and Government Canyon, they serve as an on-site resource, extending the support typically offered at the Visitor Center.
River Warrior Volunteer at the San Antonio River Authority: River Warrior volunteers are dedicated stewards of the San Antonio River Watershed who support ecosystem restoration, litter cleanups, and habitat maintenance through hands-on work at Confluence Park, the Mission Reach, and beyond. As citizen scientists, educators, and ambassadors, they promote sustainability, monitor water quality, remove invasive species, and help protect native ecosystems on land, in the water, and throughout their communities.
